Welcome Creators!

These Creator Terms ("Creator Terms") supplement our Terms of Service and govern your participation in the MyOrbit Creator Program, including monetization through avatars, digital twins, Orbits, AdWorks, and all creator economy features.

By enrolling in the Creator Program or enabling monetization, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you can still use MyOrbit but cannot access monetization features.

Age: 13+ (16+ in EU)
Phone verification completed
Account in good standing
No active safety violations
Agree to Creator Terms

Age: 13+ with parental consent, or 18+ independently
Identity verification completed (photo ID)

Bank account or payment method linked

100+ genuine followers

No guideline strikes in past 90 days

1.2 Enrollment Process

Apply: Settings → Creator Studio → Enable Monetization
Verify Identity: Upload government ID
Tax Forms: Complete W-9 (US) or W-8 (International)
Payment Setup: Add bank account or PayPal
Review Period: 24-48 hours for approval
Start Earning: Begin monetization immediately upon approval

Part 3: Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 What You Own

You Retain Ownership Of:

Original content you create
Your likeness and personality
Custom avatars and digital twins
Creative works and designs
Trademark in your brand
Revenue earned (after fees)

You Grant MyOrbit License To:

Host and display your content
Process for safety (AI mode only)
Generate thumbnails/previews
Enable monetization features
Promote you on platform (with consent)
Include in aggregated analytics

This license is:

Non-exclusive (you can use elsewhere)
Worldwide (for global platform)
Royalty-free (covered by revenue split)
Revocable (upon content deletion)

3.2 Look Ma I'm Famous System

For Your Identity Protection:

Claiming Your Likeness:

Submit verification (ID + selfie)
System identifies unauthorized avatars
30-day grace period begins
Choose your response:
- Box all (remove unauthorized)
- Partner selectively
- Revenue share with fans

Your Rights:

Immediate takedown authority
Revenue from unauthorized use

DMCA-style protection

Fan Creation Options:

Allow with attribution
Require revenue sharing
Approve case-by-case
Prohibit entirely

3.3 AI Training & Your Content

Part 4: Payments & Taxes

4.1 Payment Schedule

Monthly Payments:

Calculation Period: 1st-31st of month
Processing: 1st-5th of next month
Payment: By 15th of month
Method: Direct deposit or PayPal

Payment Thresholds:

Minimum payout: $10 USD
Rolls over if below minimum
Maximum per month: No limit
Currency: USD (converted for international)

4.2 Platform Fees Explained

4.4 Refunds & Chargebacks

Creator covers refund cost

Chargeback Protection:

Platform absorbs first chargeback per month
Excessive chargebacks may suspend monetization

Severe violations: Immediate
Other violations: 30-day cure period
Final payment (if no fraud)
Content may be removed

Cannot create new creator account
Personal account may continue

10.3 Data & Content

Upon Leaving:
