Delete Your MyOrbit Account

You can permanently delete your MyOrbit account in the mobile app. This page describes the deletion flow that is currently available.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open MyOrbit.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Permissions → Account Actions → Delete Account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The app sends an authenticated deletion request; the server invalidates active sessions and performs its account-deletion cascade.

Subscriptions

Deleting your MyOrbit account does not cancel subscriptions billed through Apple or Google Play. Cancel those subscriptions separately through your Apple or Google account to stop store billing.
